Style requests are checked weekly; the most-requested additions ship first.
What to include
For rendering problems: the style name, your device and the app where it broke — a screenshot helps most. For new styles or symbols: an example of the characters you want, plus where you plan to use them.
Other questions
Commercial use of GlowFonts output is allowed — the styles are standard Unicode text. If you are a teacher, mention the classroom; we keep a list of tips for safe fonts on school devices. Read the privacy page to see exactly what does and does not leave your browser.
Response time
Mail is answered within a few days, Monday to Friday. If you are reporting a broken style, we usually ship the fix in the next build and reply with the page it will appear on. Feature ideas are queued by demand — the more people ask for a symbol group, the faster it lands.
One request: include the exact text you tried to convert. Unicode quirks are per-character, and the fastest diagnosis is seeing the string itself.
Before you write
Most questions are already answered on the tool pages: where paste works and where it does not (the copy-paste guide), which styles render on every phone (bold and clean sans), and how to add line breaks to an Instagram bio (the bio maker FAQ). A quick search there is usually faster than mail.
